another harper update

Okay we finally have all of the kinks worked out with Harp's appointments. 

The reason I called and proposed to postpone the appointment in Chapel Hill tomorrow was because I know enough now how the medical community works- I knew that we would go tomorrow, the doctor would feel his leg, look at the radiologist's report, and then say something to the effect of "Yeah, we need to get this taken care of. Let's schedule you back for next week." Yeah...no thanks. We already know there is a tumor there. After speaking with a few nurses, they agreed it would be a waste of a trip. They consulted with Dr. Gage and he was able to review the ultrasound taken here in Wilmington; he wants us to come in next Wednesday for evaluation and there is a good chance he will go ahead and remove the tumor right away so that it can be sent off for testing. 

So...as it stands, we have an appointment next Wednesday in CH where they will probably remove it.
