We finally made it out to the beach for the first time this season! With Harp's surgery at the beginning of June and then the incessant rainfall we had after that, we haven't had a chance to go until this past weekend.
The boys had SO much fun! They all love the beach. Carson is one of those fearless kids that runs full speed for the water...and doesn't stop. He kind of scares me (especially with the waters being rough & the strong rip currents), We had to let him get knocked over a few times JUST to teach him that the water is powerful and vast, and not a force that can be reckoned with. He's still learning. haha! Harp is FAR more cautious of the ocean-he loves it and has so much fun, but he has to hold someones hand the entire time. And Grant? Grant has a healthy fear of the beach. He loves walking the beach and playing water, but he also held on tight to our necks! :)
